Sandra grew up in Ohio. After traveling extensively and living in Australia she chose the Raleigh/Cary area to establish roots where she has lived for the past 38+ years. She attended North Carolina State University and completed her degree in adult education at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill followed by a professional career in healthcare, electronic data systems, teaching and administration. Over 10 years ago, Sandra became an independent contractor Realtor®, Broker with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. She combines services that win and sustain trusting client relationships with a successful practice that ranks in the top 10% of agents in her large Cary office. Sandra's credentials include: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Exceptional Service Associate (ESA) Electronic Transaction Professional (e-PRO)
Sandra's daughter and son-in-law met at Davidson College. She graduated from Georgia Tech with a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning while he graduated from American University law school. They live happily as “urban critters” in Washington D.C.
Sandra’s husband, Andy, retired as a classroom teacher from the Wake County Public School System. Now he keeps very busy with his company, Lawns by Lytle. When not working the Lytle family’s favorite place is the North Carolina coast enjoying sailing, swimming and nature.
